As promised, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Tired of costly, unexpected shipping fees? Have you experienced the cost of shipping causing you to question whether or not you want to continue placing your order? That’s precisely why we offer free shipping, we believe the cost of your order should be completely transparent.
Orders of all non-commissioned products are shipped no later than 5 days after purchase. Commissioned work will ship no later than 5 days after the piece(s) are finished. We aim to fulfil orders in less time than that, as we believe you deserve to receive your order quickly
At this time we are only shipping in the U.S. and U.S territories, Mexico, and Canada. We plan on being able to offer global shipping in the near future. Of course, still keeping it free for all orders.
Returns
We do NOT accept returns. However, we want to provide you with the best customer service experience possible. If there are any issues or concerns with your order, contact us at email@tierrayluna.store and we’ll ensure your concerns are swiftly met. Each scenario is unique and deserves the care and attention to be treated as such, and we promise to do whatever is in the best interest of our customers.
Examples of this may be granting store credit, resending a product that may have gotten lost or damaged, or any other fitting solution there may be. Communicating with us is the best step to take if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase!
Digital Products
We aren’t currently offering digital products, however we intend to in the future. The delivery method for digital products will be that you’ll receive an email with a link to download the files you’ve purchased.
